I come from a family where homemade jam is fairly easy to come by since some relative is always in the process of canning. Because of that, I tend to be pretty harsh on store bought jams since they… tend to be grossly inferior gelatinous globs of fruit. But I have high hopes for Lemon Bird’s Homemade Jams.  They create jams in the French tradition using seasonal ingredients that they purchase from the local farmer’s market.
