My friends and I were drunkenly watching SNL (the only state we ever watch that in) the week that Kings of Leon were the musical guests. But we had missed when they announced the name of the band. Only being vaguely familiar with their music and having no idea what any of them looked like, the only clue was a “KoL” on the drums. It seems like Obama is appointing someone to an office every 30 seconds so we’re a bit behind on covering them as they happen. C’mon, most of them don’t even officially have jobs for another two months. We’ll get to them before then (probably).

Following along from Brandy’s Saturday post, I had an interesting weekend.
My garage was broken into but nothing was stolen, which is indeed commentary on my current circumstances (as well as those of the thief, we can safely assume). Someone who was desperate enough to break into a garage was NOT desperate enough to take any of the low-grade strewn-about crap I own.
It’s almost insulting. I find myself wishing he had taken something, instead of going to all the trouble of getting in and then looking around and thinking “Eh, wasting my time here.”
