A Final Word on Sarah Palin

11 November 2008 2 Comments

It isn’t surprising that now that she’s off the campaign trail, Sarah Palin’s distaste for media interviews has evaporated. It also isn’t surprising that many “unnamed sources” supplied stories about how much of a diva/idiot/campaign wrecker she was as soon as the election was over.

Is she a diva? Don’t care and that storyline was soaked in mysogony.

Is she an idiot? Depends on how you define intelligence. She completely lacks intellectual curiosity and her ambition is much heavier than her judgement skills which puts her in idiot territory in my book.

Did she wreck John McCain’s campaign? She was a factor but he was the genius that chose her so that blame should still fall on him.

But regarding all of the stories about Palin that have happened since the election… I don’t care. I’m back to ignoring her existence. She’s Alaska’s problem now. If it looks like she’s about to endanger the world by coming close to national office again, I’ll write about her. For now, she’s like a reality show star who happens to have a decent job.
