The stimulus plan passed the House and Senate Friday night and is now on its way to possibly doing a small bit of economic good while continuing to be torn apart by everyone and their brother. Call me cynical.

ProPublica has an itemized list split into a section for spending and a section for taxes. They have another page that shows the differences between the House, Senate and conference versions of the plan.
Financial Times has a fancy interactive graph that shows the differences between the three versions of the plan.
Yes, that’s all I’ve got. It did say “mini” in the title.
