Indie Retailer of the Day: Nerdy Shirts

My actual, paid “day” job is as a copy writer. I ghostwrite content for websites, blogs, ebooks, etc. During one of my jobs, I came across Nerdy Shirts’ Batman Costume Hoodie. Styled after the Batman who was more camp than emo, the hoodie includes a detachable cape, drop down mask and ears on the hood.

Obamanomics 1, Reaganomics 0

Daniel Henninger, Wall Street Journal’s Deputy Editor, wrote in a column that Republican’s should get back to their roots (Reagan) because voters would probably prefer those economic policies to Obama’s. Too bad a poll conducted by Fox News (of all places) proved him wrong: 

This type of poll isn’t exactly a bastian of scientific integrity, but the results are especially promising considering the source. If a legitimate polling organization did the polling, the numbers would slant more in Obama’s favor.

Who’s Watching the Witless?

It is obvious from Anthony Lane’s review of the film version of Watchmen that he had decided he was above it all before the movie started. He spends the review side-stepping points and assuming that everyone he’s trying to wink at and nudge is actually in his corner.
