Well, the teabagging of America is in full swing, and the nation has… erm… not exactly been brought to its knees. It has, however, seen some of the pure ugliness and mindless, unthinking vitriol that lies at the heart of the modern conservative movement.

Partial results of the inproperly calibrated, impossible to fail Stress Tests may be made public. As Ryan Avent points out, it isn’t promising that there seems to be some indecision regarding what is released:

I’ll be optimistic and say that the site’s tech issues are close to being resolved. They may have been cleared up faster had they not occurred during a week that was already very busy and chaotic, what with the day job and the taxes and the Republicans and their teabagging. Since I’ve spent the past few days wishing I had a clone or, at minimum, spare arms, here is a Mix Bag full of octopi.
