Wordpress has granted me the (increasingly rare) privilege of signing in so I thought I should put a post up. But since I am currently sitting in the lobby of an Emergency Room (spider bite- not mine), I’m going to have to phone it in a bit and post the draft of a comic.

I discovered Basketcase Comix through a link on Reddit. I went for the chess joke and stayed for the puns. The comic is created by Kelly Ferguson, who also publishes political comics at Liberal Angst (which was wiped clean due to technical difficulties but is in the process of being restocked).

Slow Wave has a fantastic concept behind it. Readers from around the world submit their dreams (the sort had while sleeping, not aspirations) and artist Jesse Reklaw creates a comic based on that information. The “by” part indicates who the dream submitter was.
