			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The real world has been sucking up my energy for the past couple of weeks, thus my sparse posting. I should be back to it some this week. But for now my brain is kind of fried. So I&#8217;m just going to post a clip from the Christmas special that Girls Aloud aired this weekend.</p>
<p>For the Americans that are all &#8220;Girls who?&#8221;: Girls Aloud is a female pop group that was formed on a reality show called Popstars: The Rivals six years ago. There are five members: Nadine Coyle (long blond hair, bluesy voice), Sarah Harding (short blond hair), Nicola Roberts (redhead), Cheryl Cole (looks a bit like Eva Longoria) and Kimberley Walsh (looks a bit like Thora Birch). Their music is much more pop than what I would normally listen to but it has an audio element that&#8217;s similar to the mystery ingredient in Diet Coke. Meaning, it doesn&#8217;t always taste good but even when it doesn&#8217;t, you kind of want it anyway.</p>
