Back from my extended absence, and glad of it, and what’s the first thing that happens? Brandy says “Um, hey, could you do this week’s mix tape?” No problem, I told her. Music’s been integral to my life in one way or another ever since my synapses first started firing. Then I looked over my collection. Problem.

Moxie Madness! is a retailer of “Nostalgic Goods with an Edge!” (all exclamation points are their doing- I am not that perky in the morning).  Basically, this translates into a line of products that walk that “things a hipster might wear” line without falling off onto the annoying side. Mix tapes, sewing machines and brass knuckles are all popular motifs.
