Over at Balloon Juice (which has one of the funnier comments sections in BlogTopia — and yes, Skippy coined that phrase), DougJ gives us a healthy sampling of the epic fail that is Republicans trying to use technology.

It is that time of year again, when a group of liberal bloggers (led by Skippy, Jon Swift and Blue Gal) open up their blogrolls to any who ask. The tradition stems back three years to a day when some high traffic bloggers decided they’d host a day of blogroll bloodshed and strip their list o’ links of what they considered filler. Skippy and Jon were good enough to reappropriate the title so that it now stands for bloggy solidarity.

Catching up on some reading, I noticed Skippy ruminating about the McCain camp’s unbridled/unhinged optimism heading into Tuesday. Assuming that Biden manages to not say anything overtly sexist, he’s going to have little trouble seeming more capable than Sarah Palin.
